At the Sunset

You can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the Pacific coast from a marvelous view spot in the mountain where you can see Langosta Beach, Tamarindo and Playa Grande from the same place.

Mountain Tour
Length: 2 hours
This is a truly exciting tour through the dry forest of Guacanaste. The amazing views from the top of the mountain and the wild life will make this journey just unbelievable.
Departures at 8:00 a.m. and returns at 4:00 p.m.
Costa Dorada
Length: 3 hours
One of the most popular of our tours! One of our tour guides will take you along forest paths to the golden beaches of south and north Tamarindo. Depending on the season you will see the most amazing animals such as congos, eagles, and tropical birds, and for sure iguanas.
Departures at 8:00 a.m. Returns at 3:00 p.m.
Snorkeling Tour
Lenght: 3 hours
This tour can combine the thrill of the ATV with the diversity of our forest and the beauty of our sea. On this trip you go to Playa Carbon where you can snorkel, for about an hour and see the great amount of underwater life plus enjoy the beauty of Playa Grande and Playa Ventanas before heading back to Tamarindo.

Surf Trip up North
Lenght: 4 hours
100% adventure! This is an ATV trip to Playa Grande to surf the most powerful waves in the country. On this trip you will be able to see many kinds of birds and some other animals typical to the area; it will make your trip one of the best of your life.

Surf Trip down South
Length: 7 hours
This is tour is made for the most demanding surfers. The experience begins on natural forest paths where you will cross rivers and observe the beauty of nature. Then you will have real surfing experience beside one of our experts guides on beaches like Avellanas and Playa Negra, home of the most famous and biggest waves in the country.

ATV and Canopy Tour
Length: 3 hours
100% Adrenaline guaranteed! We will take a road into the mountain on an ATV to the canopy tour where you can run wires of more than 500 meters long and enjoy views of Tamarindo and surrounding areas and also have the opportunity to see the woods from the top. At the end we will return to the starting point by ATV.
Departures at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Show up 30 minutes in advance.
Land and Sea (only for groups of 4 and up)
Length: 4 hours
The group is divided into two. The first group takes a 2 hour trip on ATV's to the mountains while the other group goes snorkeling on a boat to a virgin beach. At the end both groups switch activities after sharing experiences and some soft drinks together.
Departures at 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Requirements for ATV Tours:
- Minimum 2 participants for every tour.
- Only those older than 16 years are allowed to drive; no restriction for passengers.
- The client must submit a credit card as guarantee deposit for each ATV. In case of a family we will take just one deposit for up to 4 ATV's. Every additional ATV will require another.
- All drivers must show an ID.
- Children under 6 with an adult do not pay.
- Passengers on ATV's are allowed if the driver shows experience and skills to drive the ATV.
- The right to drive the ATV will be taken from those drivers who cause problems or fail to follow the instructions of the tour guide. This is for the purpose of avoiding accidents.
- It is mandatory to wear helmets at all times during the operation of the ATV. Every tour includes a tour guide and water or a natural beverage.
Recommendations:
- Wear shoes such as sneakers.
- Wear something that you do not mind getting dirty or stained with mud.
