How does it work?

The procedure is very simple. You only need to make a reservation by making a deposit in our account and afterwards faxing us the receipt of deposit confirmation. Then and we will immediately proceed to fill your reservation(s).

The customer must show up at Tamarindo Adventures and get the voucher that indicates that the tour has already been paid for.

Personalized Services

We provide customs services and arrange the number of days, privacy and any other extra service required such as buffets or group receptions.

Policy Regarding Children

Children up to six year of age are free of charge. Children seven to twelve receive a 50% discount. (Documents must be shown at the beginning of the tour).

Reservation Policies

In case of making a reservation through an agency the full fee prepaid is required and must be made by fax or internet. You must ask for the spot and the date desired.

The customer will have to show up with the paid voucher to take the tour, preferably with the indication of prepayment.

Cancellation Policies

In the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of any of our tours no money will not be refunded; if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance, 50% of the value will be refunded; cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance, will received a 100% refund.

Insurance (Amount of cover)

We are insured by the Instituto Nacional De Seguros, which covers damages to third parties, civil responsibility and any technical problem that may occur with the rented machines, whether part of a tour or a private rental.

The police depending, depending always on the situation covers up to $500.000.
